Lately I’ve been trying some recipes from the Clean Eating magazine that my friend Millie got me for either Christmas or my birthday, I can’t remember. It’s a really fun magazine that also has good nutrition articles, some of which just make me feel really guilty for not eating more healthfully.
Recently I got industrious about using up some lasagna noodles I had left over and made these fish and cream cheese stuffed pastas:
I just thought it was really pretty so I had to post pictures. It was also quite tasty, in my opinion!
